Job Overview

Penta Research is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Program Integrator to join our team. As a key member of our acquisition logistics team, you will be responsible for leading integrated process teams in acquisition logistics, sustainment support, and integration across various cross-functional areas within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of high-level briefs and brief senior executives on relevant program outcomes and manpower requirements.
  • Author acquisition logistics documentation across all milestones and develop product support arrangements (PSAs).
  • Lead Product Support Managers (PSMs) Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Type Classifications, Materiel Release (MR) IPTs, Operational Sustainment Reviews, and Congressional reporting requirements.
  • Conduct logistics analysis and understand logistics Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements as outlined in AR and Materiel Fielding requirements IAW AR 770-2 and Materiel Release requirements IAW AR.
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders to include Warfighters and senior leaders at the O-6/GS-15 level and higher.
  • Work independently and develop processes to ensure issues are responded to expeditiously.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, Life Cycle Logistics certification level II minimum, level III preferred.
  • Army Acquisition Corp Member (AAC) is a plus.
  • Experience in three of the six Army Adaptive Acquisition Pathways (Urgent Capability Acquisition (UCA), Middle Tier Acquisition (MTA), and Major Capability Acquisition (MCA) programs.
  • Extensive knowledge of logistics acquisition lifecycle processes and ability to apply regulatory and statutory requirements to non-traditional (non-program of record) programs.
  • Strong understanding and experience of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process and various Program Evaluation Groups.
