Job Title: Program Integrator

5-D Systems, a KRATOS Company, is a leading defense contractor with over twenty years of experience providing systems and software engineering for Unmanned Aircraft Systems and Systems Engineering Technical Support to Government Program Offices.

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to support our customer located at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background and experience as a Program Integrator, with the ability to lead an integrated process team in acquisition logistics, sustainment support, and integration across various cross-functional areas within the organization.

The candidate must have the ability to brief senior leaders on relevant program outcomes and manpower requirements, and have expert experience in authoring acquisition logistics documentation across all milestones.

The candidate will be required to possess a technical understanding of each weapon system to adjudicate logistics requirements, and have a strong understanding and experience of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process and various Program Evaluation Groups.

The candidate will also be required to work independently and develop processes that will ensure issues are responded to expeditiously, and have experience in three of the six Army Adaptive Acquisition Pathways (Urgent Capability Acquisition (UCA), Middle Tier Acquisition (MTA) and Major Capability Acquisition (MCA) programs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, Life Cycle Logistics certification level II minimum, level III preferred, and Army Acquisition Corp Member (AAC) is a plus. A Secret security clearance is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead an integrated process team in acquisition logistics, sustainment support, and integration
  • Brief senior leaders on relevant program outcomes and manpower requirements
  • Author acquisition logistics documentation across all milestones
  • Adjudicate logistics requirements for each weapon system
  • Develop processes to ensure issues are responded to expeditiously
  • Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Life Cycle Logistics certification level II minimum, level III preferred
  • Army Acquisition Corp Member (AAC) is a plus
  • Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in three of the six Army Adaptive Acquisition Pathways (UCA, MTA, and MCA)
  • Extensive knowledge of logistics acquisition lifecycle processes
  • Ability to work with competing priorities
