Job Overview

Cintel Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Program Integrator to join our team. As a key member of our acquisition logistics team, you will be responsible for leading integrated process teams in acquisition logistics, sustainment support, and integration across various cross-functional areas within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-level briefs and brief senior leaders on program outcomes and manpower requirements.
  • Author acquisition logistics documentation across all milestones.
  • Develop product support arrangements (PSA), lead PSM Integrated Product Teams (PSM IPTs), Type Classifications, Materiel Release (MR), MR IPTs, Operational Sustainment Reviews, and Congressional reporting requirements.
  • Lead Independent Logistics Assessments (ILAs) and have experience in contract management and processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Warfighters and senior leaders at the O-6/GS-15 level and higher.
Requirements
  • Life Cycle Logistics certification (Level II minimum, Level III preferred).
  • Army Acquisition Corp Member (AAC) is desired.
  • Technical understanding of each weapon system to adjudicate logistics requirements.
  • Ability to conduct logistics analysis and understand logistics Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements as outlined in AR and Materiel Fielding requirements IAW AR 770-2 and Materiel Release requirements IAW AR.
  • Experience in three of the six Army Adaptive Acquisition Pathways (Urgent Capability Acquisition (UCA), Middle Tier Acquisition (MTA), and Major Capability Acquisition (MCA) programs.
  • Extensive knowledge of logistics acquisition lifecycle processes and ability to apply regulatory and statutory requirements to non-traditional (non-program of record) programs.
  • A strong understanding and experience of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process and various Program Evaluation Groups.
  • A full understanding of the fielding process and ability to work with competing priorities.
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance.
