Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Support Specialist to join our team at Integration Innovation, Inc. in Huntsville, AL. As a key member of our team, you will provide financial, property, and acquisition support and/or solutions for contract and business matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides financial, property, and acquisition support and/or solutions for contract and business matters.
  • Assists with analysis, development, and review of program or functional areas, as required.
  • May analyze program activities, such as acquisition or program planning, program 'should cost' analyses, financial management, cost analysis, and other tasks related to contract deliverables.
  • May develop, gather, and organize program-related information.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and 0-11 years of experience required.
  • Active Secret clearance required.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Knowledge of office administration and procedures.
  • Exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and client service skills; ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver feedback clearly and tactfully.
  • Interact with a diverse array of customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work independently with accountability for accurate and complete results.
  • Be extremely organized and exceptionally detail-oriented.
  • Work well both independently and in a team environment.
