Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


Conducting internal audits and consulting services in line with consumer protection laws, the Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money laundering regulations, and general risk management practices, including model risk and enterprise risk management.

Overseeing and managing multiple client projects, ensuring timely communication with both internal teams and client stakeholders.

Generating findings and recommendations reports, effectively communicating results to clients.

Performing quality control assessments to uphold internal workpaper and deliverable standards.

Building internal and external networks to support the business development objectives of the practice.

Assisting in the preparation and presentation of proposals and engagement letters.

Participating in networking events, including client meetings and industry conferences.

Mentoring and developing team members in client engagement management and technical expertise.

The qualifications required include:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Law, or a related field is preferred.
Over 10 years of relevant experience in risk and compliance within the financial services sector.
Experience in consulting or professional services is essential.
Certifications such as CAMS, CRCM, CERP, or similar are highly desirable.
Proficiency in consumer protection regulations is a must.
Ability to follow structured work plans and comprehend banking terminology.
Experience in conducting scoping meetings with potential clients and developing proposals.
Willingness to travel throughout the region, with approximately 20% - 30% travel.

Salary Class

Salary

Compensation is commensurate with technical skills and experience and is provided in accordance with applicable laws.

Colorado monthly base range is as follows:
$11,666.67 to $13,333.33

We offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible staff.

Eligibility and contribution requirements for some benefits vary based on hours worked per week.

Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, effective on the first of the month following your start date.

Additionally, eligible staff can enjoy Flexible Time Off, various holidays, a balance fund, 401(k) plan, flexible benefits plans, and reimbursement for business-related travel expenses.

A Pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff.

Plante Moran also offers interns and contractors the option to elect health insurance under our contingent staff medical plan after 60 days of employment, along with limited paid sick time.

Seasonal staff are not eligible for benefits.
