Dermatology Clinic Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Team Leader to join our team at Forefront. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing daily on-site leadership and effective management of clinic operations.
Responsibilities- Maximize clinic and team efficiency, productivity, and teamwork
- Manage clinic operations, including budget and staffing
- Assist with employee recruitment, selection, and hiring
- Assist with managing staff performance and provide regular updates to the Regional Clinic Manager
- Ensure all phone messages, faxes, and interdepartmental mail are addressed immediately
- Responsible for attaining prior authorizations and maintaining a system to track from start to finish
- Provide and supervise new employee orientation
- Act as a role model and subject matter expert for policies and procedures set in place by management
- Responsible for Clinical Assistant and Receptionist duties as needed
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum post-high school education in a medical support field, such as Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse. Must hold current certification/licensure and maintain certification/licensure throughout employment.
Preferred qualifications include two years of previous experience in Dermatology/Mohs surgery, CPR certification, and the ability to travel as needed. Must demonstrate leadership experience and be able to work effectively and cooperatively with staff, clients, and visitors.
