Position InformationThe Clinical Educator/Supervisor RN plays a crucial role in the supervision, education, and management of nursing personnel to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in the delivery of patient care services. This role requires a deep understanding of the organization's needs and a commitment to supporting the mission, values, and management of patient care services.
Responsibilities- Assist the unit manager in supervision, coordination, education, and management of nursing personnel
- Ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in the delivery of patient care services
- Support the mission, values, and management of patient care services
- Be proficient and efficient in all aspects of PACU care
- Support the PAT Clinic, Pre-Op, and PACU areas of Surgical Services
- 2 years of experience in a nursing-related area
- 1 year of experience in Clinical-Surgical Services (preferred)
- Education in Teaching and Facilitation of Learning (required)
- Leadership experience (preferred)
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (required)
- National Certification in Nursing (required within 1 year of hire)
Monday-Friday, 10am-8:30pm, 10-hour shifts, variable regular day off
Weekend and Call RequirementsNo weekends, management call
