Position Information:
The Clinical Educator/Supervisor RN plays a crucial role in the supervision, education, and management of nursing personnel on an assigned shift. This position ensures consistent standards of practice and competencies in the delivery of patient care services. The ideal candidate will understand the needs of the organization and support the mission, values, and management of patient care services.
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in a nursing-related area
• 1 year of experience in education, teaching, and facilitation of learning
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• Registered Nurse licensure required
• National Certification in Nursing required within 1 year of hire
Work Schedule:
The Clinical Educator/Supervisor RN works a varying schedule, including weekends and call shifts every third weekend.
