Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Sales Representative to join our team at Rosso Recruiting. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in the MEP/HVAC industry, looking to leverage their skills to drive new business and client services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business and client services in Mechanical Contractors and Engineers with MEP/HVAC projects
  • Manage territory selling Refrigeration and HVAC services and agreements
  • Initiate and coordinate with Project Manager and Superintendent on MEP projects
  • Define project parameters and create designs that meet these parameters
  • Develop proposals or job bids that meet all technical requirements for the client
  • Provide estimates for projects involving heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Set and follow up on leads and referrals from current clients
  • Develop relationships with multiple buying influencers in client organizations
  • Qualify and target opportunities based on close customer knowledge
  • Manage budgeting quotes, service agreements to support sales plans

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in MEP/HVAC Sales
  • Successful experience in the commercial HVAC industry
  • Ability to present value-added propositions to key decision makers
  • Book of business with HVAC/MEP clients
  • Chiller's, Boilers, RTU's, Air Handlers, BAS, Controls, Electrical understanding
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Great attitude, great technical knowledge, and customer service
  • Proficient with MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Good driving record/license
  • Enthusiasm to learn and work in a fast-paced dynamic energy service field
  • Professional and polished, tactful, and respectful with clients and team members
  • Great follow-through on commitments and effective time management skills
