About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Sales Representative specializing in commercial HVAC systems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling HVAC equipment, including large chillers, boilers, and air handlers, directly to building owners. With a focus on existing customers, you will aim to sell between $1 million and $2 million annually. This role also involves consulting with business owners on building automation to enhance energy efficiency and maximize capital investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell HVAC equipment to commercial building owners
  • Consult with business owners on building automation to enhance energy efficiency
  • Manage a provided book of business to achieve sales targets

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the commercial HVAC industry
  • Proven track record in selling complex HVAC equipment
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a history of closing significant deals

What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary of $75,000 to $90,000, depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission structure with on-target earnings of $200,000 in the first year
  • Monthly car allowance
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, 401K with company match, paid time off, and holidays

Location:
This is a full-time in-office position reporting to the Colorado Springs location.
