Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the Front Office team to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest stays, including registration, billing, and housekeeping.
- Train and develop Front Office staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent guest service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest services.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve Front Office operations, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Front Desk or supervisory role in a hotel or resort setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
