Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the Front Office team to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest stays, including registration, billing, and housekeeping.
  • Train and develop Front Office staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent guest service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest services.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve Front Office operations, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Front Desk or supervisory role in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
