Position Title: Nursing Clinical Manager

Overview:
The Nursing Clinical Manager is tasked with the comprehensive oversight and administration of patient care services within the home healthcare environment. This role involves continuous guidance, clinical training, and assessment of nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate care for assigned patients, developing a targeted care plan from admission through discharge, including thorough and ongoing evaluations of patient needs.
2. Conduct on-site supervisory assessments of patients, families, environments, and nursing staff, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up.
3. Be available for on-call responsibilities as required, demonstrating a commitment to responsive patient care.
4. Uphold and promote adherence to industry standards, ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing services.
5. Foster a supportive work environment to enhance caregiver satisfaction and retention.
6. Ensure the availability and proper functioning of essential medical equipment and supplies.
7. Assess patients and provide direct care as necessary.
8. Manage expectations and satisfaction levels of both internal and external stakeholders.
9. Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing services, analyzing clinical data to identify opportunities for improvement.
10. Provide updates on nursing care and secure re-authorization for ongoing services.
11. Offer continuous supervision, training, and evaluation of nursing staff.
12. Maintain compliance with organizational policies, legal regulations, and professional standards.

Qualifications:
- Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Valid RN licensure in the relevant state.
- Experience in clinical settings as required by state and federal regulations.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in private duty nursing and program administration.
- Strong adherence to confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Ability to work effectively with families facing limited resources.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient care.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Must be able to travel as needed.
- Capable of lifting and moving patients and equipment as required.

Work Environment:
- Must be adaptable to various environments, with potential exposure to allergens and infectious materials.
