Role Overview:


As a Clinical Nursing Leader, you will oversee and manage the nursing care and operational processes within our treatment facilities.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate medical referrals and treatment plans.
  • Conducting comprehensive nursing assessments and contributing to the development of individualized care plans.
  • Delivering direct patient care by monitoring, evaluating, and documenting patient progress and responses to treatment.
  • Promoting healthy lifestyle choices and ensuring proper hygiene and nutrition among clients.
  • Administering prescribed medications and monitoring for side effects.
  • Ensuring a safe environment for all patients, including reporting any incidents or medication discrepancies.
  • Managing the inventory of medical supplies and medications effectively.
  • Providing training for staff on essential topics such as emergency procedures and medication management.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Nurse license in the state.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Certification in Safe Crisis Management (SCM) is required.
  • Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Completion of a physical examination, including necessary screenings.
  • Clearances from relevant background checks.
