About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our medical group.

Key Responsibilities

This position involves working under the direction of the Business Office Director and the Reception Supervisor. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Counting cash bags three times daily and verifying totals.
  2. Verifying demographic, guarantor, and insurance information with patients.
  3. Obtaining and scanning patient IDs and insurance cards.

You will also be responsible for taking co-pays and/or payments, communicating with clinical staff, and performing daily cash outs.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, along with opportunities for growth and development.
