We are seeking a skilled Patient Access Specialist I to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing processes and systems to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient communication with insurance payors.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate enrollment of physicians in managed care plans.
2. Ensure compliance of managed care companies with negotiated contracts.
3. Resolve payment issues with insurance payors.
4. Act as a liaison between physician offices and insurance payors.

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Associates degree preferred.
* Strong computer skills, with proficiency in office automated tools, including email, outlook, and data entry.
* Effective communicator with all levels of staff, patients, and customers.
* Working knowledge of medical terminology and MS Office Suite applications.
