Position Details:
Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (or similar hours, flexibility required).

Compensation:
$20.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Healthcare Office Coordinator, your role will encompass a variety of administrative and front desk tasks to uphold our high standards of patient care, including:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues.
  • Managing patient demographics and verifying insurance details.
  • Processing prior authorizations and referrals.
  • Collecting payments, including deductibles and co-pays, and reconciling daily cash transactions.
  • Handling incoming calls and addressing patient inquiries.
  • Confirming insurance information and scheduling appointments.
  • Utilizing EMR software for data entry and documentation.
  • Ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Willingness to travel between Aspire locations as required, participating in a rotation across multiple offices.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An Associate's degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare administrative role.
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly with Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, and web browsers.
  • Knowledge of CPT/ICD 10 coding.
  • A typing speed of 40 WPM; a typing assessment will be conducted.
  • Mandatory COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations.
  • Excellent spelling and grammar skills in English.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to adapt skills across various areas of medical practice.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy is preferred.
  • The ability to interact professionally with patients, colleagues, and supervisors.
