Sales Manager Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager at Invictus Talent Solutions, you will be responsible for leading the local sales department and coordinating with the national team to achieve sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include creating and monitoring targets, bringing in new accounts, executing MSA's, building relationships with clients, and supervising regional salespeople. You will also be responsible for reporting to senior management on the status of your accounts and taking a leading role in presentations and proposals for national accounts. Additionally, you will monitor and identify market trends, competitors, and new sales leads to drive business growth.
