Job Overview

The Sales Associate will work closely with the General and Operations Managers to achieve new membership sales by bringing in new clients and booking them into classes. This is a year-round position that requires excellent sales and customer service skills, as well as the ability to sell memberships, class packages, and retail merchandise.

Responsibilities
  • Greet all clients entering the studio, develop relationships with members, and identify new members each class while delivering exceptional member experiences.
  • Execute the Rumble Sales Process, including lead generation, prospect follow-up, and member enrollment.
  • Conduct studio tours to establish relationships, target individual needs, and fitness goals.
  • Present alternative sales options and packages to prospective and current members.
  • Participate in special events, such as grand openings, outdoor fairs, and community events.
  • Develop selling skills continuously.
  • Work with team members to maintain a pristine studio environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to sell memberships, class packages, and retail merchandise.
  • Learning to use the ClubReady studio management software system efficiently and effectively.
  • Physical capability to stand or sit for up to eight hours during a normal workday.
  • Fluent communication in English in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure.
Benefits
