Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Commercial Security Sales Representative to join our team at Welte Electronic Systems LLC.

The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.


Responsibilities
  • Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets
  • Create and implement an effective sales strategy
  • Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
  • Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

Qualifications
  • Genuine interest in providing security and life safety solutions
  • Associates degree. Bachelors degree preferred
  • Previous experience in outside sales
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
  • Adept at using technology

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
