New Castle Building Products is a leading building material distributor with over 20 locations across the northeastern United States. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with contractors, homeowners, and other employees. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, emails, quoting projects for the outside sales team, and processing completed orders and projects. Additionally, you will develop and maintain a working technical knowledge of products sold, coordinate customer delivery requirements with the dispatcher, and share responsibility for inventory management and purchasing.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. You will also receive 401(k) matching, paid vacation time, and opportunities for career advancement based on performance.

To succeed in this role, you must have a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and basic math skills. Bi-lingual proficiency in Mandarin or Pakistani is a plus.
