Job Summary: The Spanish-English Sales Consultant will be instrumental in fostering business growth by promoting our staffing services to Latino entrepreneurs. This role demands a proactive, client-oriented individual capable of cultivating strong relationships, discerning client needs, and delivering customized staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in both Spanish and English, along with a profound understanding of Latino business culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and engage potential clients in the hospitality, construction, and maintenance sectors within the Latino business community.
- Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to meet and surpass sales objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to uncover new business opportunities and remain informed about industry trends.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Assess clients' staffing requirements and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Perform regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
- Deliver quotes to clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Outreach:
- Develop marketing materials, including brochures and presentations, to effectively convey our services to potential clients.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our services and generate leads.
- Collaborate with community organizations and business associations to enhance visibility and forge partnerships.
- Office Support:
- Assist with various administrative tasks, data entry, and customer service support as needed.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work in conjunction with recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide insights and feedback to enhance our services and customer experience.
- Language Skills: Proficient in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
- Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the staffing industry or related fields.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the hospitality, construction, and maintenance sectors is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer Focus: Strong ability to comprehend client needs and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Marketing Skills: Experience in creating marketing materials and collateral.
- Self-Motivated: Highly driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- $18/hr
