We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Project Coordinator Lead to join our team at 347 Group, Inc. in Idaho Falls. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring their timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and report on project status to the management team.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, develop contingency plans, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to associates and field engineers, promoting a culture of accountability and high-performance standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience supporting or managing large-scale telecom projects, with knowledge of construction and utility industry practices.
  • Skills: Critical Path Scheduling software, MS Office Suite, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business (or relevant experience).
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, plus a generous benefits package, including company-paid medical insurance, paid holidays, 401(k), and paid time off (PTO). Overtime may be required during busy seasons. A company vehicle will be provided, and profit-sharing and bonus opportunities are available.
