Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Project Coordinator to support our telecom projects in the Idaho Falls area. This individual will report to the Management Team and be responsible for planning, monitoring, and reporting project status and performance data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate risks across all phases of the project.
  • Provide project management guidance to associates and field engineers.
  • Evaluate team goals, roles, protocols, and business relationships to ensure alignment with high-performance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years' experience supporting or managing large scale projects and knowledge of construction and utility industry practices.
  • Understanding of Critical Path Scheduling software and MS Office Suite.
  • Moderate problem-solving skills and ability to travel frequently.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business (or relevant project experience).
