Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Water Resources Project Lead in our Idaho Falls, Idaho office.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with 5+ years of experience in public market water and wastewater engineering, project management, and construction management.

The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, technical specialists, and clients to deliver innovative solutions for water and wastewater challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans
  • Analyze complex data to inform project decisions and optimize outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in water and wastewater engineering, project management, and construction management
  • Current Professional Engineer licensure in Nevada, Oregon, and/or Idaho or ability to obtain licensure within six months of hire
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
