Job Description

We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our NRF Legacy Material Engineering unit. As part of this team, you will play a critical role in supporting radioactive waste management projects, including coordinating efforts across NRF, developing implementation and project execution plans, and processing transuranic and other complex wastes. You will also be responsible for setting waste management standards, developing radiological, environmental, safety, and industrial hygiene controls, and creating work procedures and supporting documents.

  • Demonstrated experience in nuclear engineering and waste management;
  • Proven track record of success in project coordination and execution;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary Range

$103,100.00 - $161,100.00 annually
