Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer emails and phone calls, providing requested information and resolving issues effectively.

- Process new bookings and modify existing ones as per customer requirements through multiple platforms.

- Keep customers informed about their shipments, including updates on schedules, equipment availability, and routing details.

- Communicate essential information regarding holds, vessel arrivals, customs updates, and any delays.

- Monitor and follow up on pending cases, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct root cause analysis for service failures and coordinate recovery efforts with relevant stakeholders.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures while undertaking additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate degree is preferred.

- A minimum of one year of relevant work experience is preferred.

- Exceptional presentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.

- Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) is required.

- Ability to leverage technology for process improvement and problem-solving.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.

- Experience in a high-volume customer service environment is advantageous.
