Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration or Healthcare Administration
  • 10 years relevant work experience and an associate degree in any business field may be substituted
  • Coursework/Training - Training in CAP/Workout or similar methodologies
  • 10 or more years Work experience in business administration healthcare setting
  • 5 years - Leadership in pharmacy network development and contract negotiation with comprehensive experience with contractual management and retention
  • 5 years - Management or supervisory experience
  • 5 years - Managed care pharmacy experience and expertise with legal and regulatory matters, including working with individuals responsible for legislation and regulation at the state and federal level
  • 5 years - Project management experience and the ability to drive results through others with positive outcomes as documented by successful completion of major projects within established deadlines
  • 5 years - Experience working with pharmacy leadership, other senior leaders, and healthcare professionals
  • 5 years - Experience leading cross-functional teams as well as ability to operate effectively and efficiently on complex, fast-paced projects
