Join Our Team as a Caregiver - Evening Shifts

At The Waters, we are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Caregiver - Evening Shifts, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and other care as designated.
  • Assist residents in dining and provide homemaking tasks.
  • Respond to and report changes in resident's health status and/or any recommendations for changes that should be made to the resident plan of care.
  • Complete thorough daily charting and work collaboratively with the team to provide a caring environment.
  • Block schedules ensure you know what to expect, and work is performed in a lovely community.
  • Develop relationships with our residents, families, and team members, and increase your pay with our employee growth program.
Qualifications:
  • High-school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One year nursing/resident assistant care experience in senior services preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and follow verbal directions in English.
  • Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems.
  • Possess compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to be flexible with hours'/shift schedules and assignments.
