Requirements:

  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to act in a courteous and professional manner at all times
  • Patience and the ability to maintain professionalism while adapting to changing situations
  • Valid commercial drivers' license with school bus endorsement
  • Current and valid DOT medical card
  • Must pass pre-employment DOT drug test and criminal history background check
  • Favorable driving record with experience
  • Team Player – reliable, honest, take initiative and be committed to putting the team's objectives above your own
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
  • Ability to work outside in all types of weather
