Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our evening team. As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to residents with dementia and complex medical conditions.
  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as preparing meals, distributing medication, and housekeeping.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Engage residents in meaningful activities and programs to promote their physical and emotional well-being.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in caregiving or a related field.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be on your feet for majority of your shift.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
