We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our evening team at English Rose. As a Caregiver, you will provide exceptional care and engagement to our residents with dementia and complex medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, including preparing meals, distributing medication, and housekeeping services.
  • Support residents by following programming plans to provide meaningful engagement and enrichment.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest level of care and support for our residents.

Requirements:

  • Relationship-focused compassionate caregiver with a passion for leading engaging activities.
  • 16+ years of age and able to pass the MDH background check and tuberculosis screening.
  • Lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be on your feet for the majority of your shift.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Cooking and cleaning experience preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License preferred.
  • Dementia care experience a plus.
