This position emphasizes a sales-oriented approach rather than a traditional collections role. The primary goal is to renew Rental Agreements and provide valuable information to customers, fostering a positive relationship.
As a Customer Account Specialist, you will have the opportunity to earn competitive compensation and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to customers with expired Rental Agreements to assess their needs and address any concerns, primarily through phone communication, but may also involve in-person visits as required.
- Exhibit diligence, urgency, and fairness in managing customer accounts.
- Contact references for accounts that do not respond to outreach efforts.
- Send correspondence as per the established mailing procedures.
- Identify and create opportunities for renewing customer agreements.
- Coordinate voluntary returns of merchandise when renewing agreements is not feasible.
- Conduct field collections and manage de-installations as necessary.
We offer a competitive base salary, along with commissions, bonuses, and a full benefits package.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid State Driver License with a clean driving record.
- Successful candidates will undergo a drug screening and background check.
Prior experience in sales, account management, or related fields is beneficial for success in this role.
