About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Devices Supply Chain team at Amazon Lab126. As a key member of our operations group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful fulfillment of product launches and ongoing support.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for delivering results on complex projects involving teams across the company. You will work with stakeholders to define business requirements, understand current system capabilities and limitations, and problem-solve to explore solutions to current processes and systems.

You will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, drive continuous improvement, and monitor supply and fulfillment of devices. Your technical knowledge and experience in consumer electronics will be essential in evaluating customer impact and balancing product cost, quality, and schedule to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver results on complex projects involving teams across the company.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
  • 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 7+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
