T&T Staffing, Inc. Careers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outbound Traveling Assistant to join our team. As an Outbound Traveling Assistant, you will provide back-office support to doctors and assist with various administrative tasks at different locations in the Inland Empire Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to doctors and medical staff, including greeting patients, preparing them for examinations, and obtaining patient medical history and vital signs.
- Medical Support: Assist physicians during patient examinations, assist with insurance, coding, and billing paperwork, and provide general medical support as needed.
- Travel and Logistics: Travel to different locations in the Inland Empire Area, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of Medical Assistant or Medical Office experience.
- Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance.
