Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our clients experience a seamless transition and successful implementation of our services.
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop and manage detailed project plans for the implementation of PBM and Navigation services. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and issues related to project implementation. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track. Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, including progress, risks, and resolutions. Prepare and present detailed reports on project performance, deliverables, and timelines. Ensure all aspects of the implementation are executed with a high level of accuracy and quality. Review and validate project deliverables to meet client requirements and standards. Document all project-related information meticulously for future reference and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, account management, Data Operations, and Claim Operations to ensure cohesive project execution. Foster a collaborative environment to drive project success and resolve any issues promptly.
