Job Overview

Crestwood Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Coach to join our team. As a key member of our crisis stabilization unit, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Provide rehabilitation groups under supervision
  • Assist in crisis intervention and support clients in times of need

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma/GED
  • Valid California driver's license preferred
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting
  • Training may be substituted for experience in certain cases
