Job Title: Sports Performance Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Performance Trainer to join our team at 203 Sports Group. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing and running operations at our state-of-the-art facility, catering to high-level elite athletes in Fairfield County, CT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the gym facility, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Develop and implement training programs for athletes and teams of all sports, focusing on long-term development and performance enhancement.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of fitness trainers, front desk staff, and maintenance personnel to ensure exceptional customer service and a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high-level elite athletes as members, including coordinating scheduling of training sessions, facility rentals, and special events.
  • Collaborate with the coaching staff to support athlete training programs and performance goals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Sports Training, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the fitness or sports industry, preferably in a high-performance athlete environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate athlete schedules and facility needs.
