Job Summary

Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a dedicated and skilled Wound Care Specialist to join our esteemed team. We are committed to providing exceptional healthcare services and are looking for professionals who share our passion for patient care and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients with wounds and ostomies.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families about wound care, ostomy management, and prevention of complications.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement wound care plans, document patient care accurately, and maintain detailed records.
  • Participate in wound care rounds, conduct wound assessments, and utilize evidence-based practices to promote optimal healing.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment in the Wound Care Unit and stay current with best practices in wound care and ostomy management.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license and strong clinical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to educate and support patients and their families.
