Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Office Manager, Clinical Coordinator, or designee, you will perform a variety of medical assisting duties, including assisting providers with patient care and procedures, facilitating efficient patient flow, and maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality. You may also be responsible for providing medical interpretation in a language other than English and performing check-in and check-out responsibilities.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in medical assisting. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, national certification as a Medical Assistant, and successful completion of a Medical Assistant Program or equivalent medical office practice experience. Prior experience in using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and/or health-related computer software is preferred. You must also be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or exempt for medical or personal reasons.
