- Model and provide guidance to pharmacy staff on proper customer service approaches, including techniques to resolve customer concerns and improve patient satisfaction.
- Use data and analytics to understand customer needs and preferences, and stay up-to-date on emerging health trends and issues.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care and improve health outcomes.
- Stay current with regulatory requirements and industry developments, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
