About the Role

The Culinary Team Lead is a key member of our food preparation team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide our culinary staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Collaborate with our Chef de Cuisine to plan and execute daily menus, ensuring that food is prepared to the highest standards and presented in an appealing manner.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff, including cooks and dishwashers, to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of food and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet the demands of our kitchen.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our kitchen staff, management, and other departments to ensure that we are working together to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional food quality and service.
  • Certifications: ServSafe certification is preferred.
