We are hiring for the role of Work Control Planner across various experience levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate planning discussions, conduct job hazard assessments, and provide updates on planning progress.
  • Analyze planning issues and present recommendations to management.
  • Prepare, monitor, and oversee work orders for designated tasks.
  • Guide junior staff in the preparation and scheduling of work orders.
  • Evaluate planning procedures for effectiveness and offer technical suggestions.
  • Generate Material Requests and complete Plant Force Work Reviews.
  • Support work planning and other assigned responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts during planning and review phases.
  • Lead Hazard Analyses utilizing the Job Hazard Analysis Checklist.
  • Ensure that hazard controls are incorporated into work plans.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance or construction fields.
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Strong communication abilities and understanding of work control methodologies.
  • Experience in data management and workplace safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline, Journeyman's License, or equivalent credentials.
  • Experience in Work Control/Planning, Project Management, or Maintenance oversight.
  • Possession of a planner qualification card.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of Hanford Work Planning.

Salary Estimates:

Planner 1 (Entry Level): $55,000 - $81,000

Planner 2 (Intermediate Level): $71,000 – $110,500

Planner 3 (Intermediate Level): $91,000 – $132,000

Planner 4 (Senior Level): $105,000 – $144,000
