Sales Executive, Business Development

Diversified is a global organization that serves local needs with associates worldwide. As a Sales Executive, Business Development, you will play a crucial role in the overall growth of Smart Workplace Solutions within the Enterprise Client Portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality and consistent high-activity development motions. They should have knowledge of Smart Workplace Software Solutions, Microsoft's Teams Rooms Programs, and Product Portfolios. Experience selling or supporting Microsoft with cloud technology and solutions is required, along with 200-300 level of technology proficiency.
Job Responsibilities:- Pipeline Generation: Conduct pipeline-generating activities to promote sales motions and expedite the sales cycle.
- Lead Mapping: Lead account mapping sessions between sales teams to identify potential customers and businesses that could benefit from using GoBright Smart Workplace Solutions.
- Sales Motion Execution: Execute sales motions to generate leads, qualify them as potential sales opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
You will work closely with the GoBright Smart Workplace Solutions Team and the Diversified Marketing Team to develop successful customer-facing material and events to drive awareness and increase overall sales.
Requirements:- A strong understanding of Smart Workplace Software Solutions, Microsoft's Teams Rooms Programs, and Product Portfolios.
- Experience selling or supporting Microsoft with cloud technology and solutions.
- 3+ years of related software-based sales and technical experience.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to develop winning proposals, collect and analyze data, and support client business reviews.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM and proficiency in all MS Office programs.
The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
