Store Management Leader

Job Summary:
Spirit Halloween is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall successful operation of the store while maintaining company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, recruit, train, develop, coach and communicate with all Associates and Management.
- Assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Demonstrate and use knowledge of store products to build sales and drive revenue growth.
- Practice suggestive selling techniques to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure store appearance and maintenance meet company standards.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor and inventory costs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
