This position involves attending targeted promotional activities to foster consumer interaction and strengthen relationships with both consumers and our brands.
This is a part-time position.
Compensation Overview:
Salary offers are based on internal equity, market data, and the applicant's relevant skills and experience.
Compensation Package: Hourly Rate - $25.00 / hour.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales performance by collaborating with account teams to identify selling opportunities, complete necessary surveys, and track sales metrics during events.
- Provide education to clients, account teams, and fellow promotion associates regarding assigned products.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any out-of-stock situations to the National Account Manager.
- Uphold account standards as set by management and utilize effective point-of-sale materials to maximize brand exposure.
- Collaborate effectively with all personnel, including chain staff, additional distributors, and suppliers to enhance brand sales and ensure successful promotional activities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service as per account standards and guidelines.
- Enhance professional knowledge by attending workshops, training sessions, and reviewing industry publications.
- Complete all required training programs by actively participating and passing necessary assessments as defined by management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- Strong results-oriented approach with effective verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent customer service abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks, work independently or as part of a team, and maintain attention to detail while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits is essential, with experience in the on/off premise sales environment being highly desirable.
- Strong skills in accounting, technical support, customer service, and interpersonal relations are preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- This role may require remaining stationary at times, as well as communicating and operating a computer and telephone.
Competencies:
- Accountability for meeting personal targets, with periodic reviews of work performance.
- Problems encountered are typically defined and routine, with readily available solutions.
