At Grace Healthcare Services, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Raleigh, NC. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our staffing and scheduling processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, screen, and onboard new caregivers to meet the needs of our clients.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation of caregiver performance and training.
- Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure optimal staffing matches for new and existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer issues or concerns.
- Meet monthly goals and quotas for staffing and scheduling.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Competitive hourly rate of $13.00 to $14.00.
