Grace Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Raleigh, NC. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting, scheduling, and supporting our caregivers to ensure exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and schedule caregivers to meet client needs
  • Manage caregiver records and documentation
  • Coordinate client scheduling and communication
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers
  • Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to attract new caregivers
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
