We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agricultural Sales Representative to join our team at Randstad. As an Agricultural Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the sales efforts of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Grow Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals to present to customers.
  • Provide Expert Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, providing expert advice and guidance to customers to ensure they receive the best solutions for their needs.
  • Manage Customer Orders and Inquiries: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as agriculture, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
