Director of Advanced Heart Failure Program Expansion

Baylor Scott & White Health - North Texas is seeking an experienced Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist to lead the growth and development of our heart failure program. Our team has consistently ranked among the top 10 in the nation for heart transplant volumes over the last 5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to expand our heart failure program outreach and increase our presence in the community.
- Collaborate with program leadership and physician liaison to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Lead efforts to establish strong relationships with referring providers and incorporate their feedback into our marketing and outreach efforts.
- Develop and implement educational sessions for the community on advanced heart therapies.
- Split time between administrative and clinical responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Board certification or board eligibility in Advanced Heart Failure/Heart Transplant.
- Full-time schedule.

- Employed, full-time position with Health Texas Provider Network (HTPN).
- Faculty appointment with Texas A&M Health Sciences Center available to interested candidates.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience required.
