Role Responsibilities:
The Senior Consultant will advocate for all offerings within the ServiceNow portfolio, acting as the primary technical authority for clients, supported by Sales, Product Management, and the executive leadership.

This position requires a hands-on technical consultant capable of delivering comprehensive solutions and effectively positioning our offerings throughout the sales process.

You will cultivate trusted advisor relationships with both executives and frontline stakeholders by leveraging your expertise in the Nonprofit sector alongside your extensive technical knowledge across the enterprise technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as a technical and domain expert to support product sales, targeting customers and prospects within the Nonprofit sector.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops to identify client challenges and deliver product demonstrations that align our solutions with their needs.
  • Lead strategic initiatives in major accounts, including customer journey sessions to establish roadmaps and outcome agreements.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with fellow Solution Consultants to share best practices and reusable assets, enhancing team efficiency and quality.
  • Provide insights to product management regarding enhancements that could meet customer demands and add value.
  • Remain informed on competitive landscape and market differentiation.
